Refund policy

My product was damaged, what do I do?
Take a picture of the damaged product and email it to Furbalremedies@gmail.com. We will then send you a replacement of the same product at no cost.
I am dissatisfied with my product, how do I return it?
Email Furbalremedies@gmail.com a return request within 30 days of product delivery. You will then be asked to mail your product return to:

All returns must be sent with the original product, in the original packaging with at least half the product quantity left in order to qualify for a refund. Furbal Remedies reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns.
How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be sent to you via the same way you paid for your order. Upon inspection of your return, payment through our website and the way paid will be refunded.
