The www.furbalremedies.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Furbal Remedies. www.furbalremedies.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.furbalremedies.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

www.furbalremedies.com is an E-Commerce Site.

Furbal Remedies is an E-commerce store that sells herbal dog products & support programs.

Electronic Communications

Visiting www.furbalremedies.com or sending emails to Furbal Remedies constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Shipping & Handling

Furbal Remedies is not responsible for packages after they leave the facility and enter the USPS system.  In the case that your order says delivered but you have not received it we recommend talking to the postal worker on your route and/or your neighbors. Sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong house or accidentally get marked as delivered by the postal worker but are actual still in possession of the postal company. We have seen packages show up days later after they say delivered. We are sorry but we do not replace lost or stolen items. We can file a missing package report through the postal company and if it was shipped through priority mail there is $50 insurance on the package.

Furbal Remedies & our products do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We are here to support you on you and your dogs journey.
