When will my order arrive?
All orders generally ship same day or next business day, although we try hardest to abide by that in rare circumstances it may take up to three business days to ship. Once shipped allow 2-4 business days for delivery. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your package and the delivery day.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet.
In the case that your order says delivered but you have not received it we recommend talking to the postal worker on your route and/or your neighbors. Sometimes packages get delivered to the wrong house or accidentally get marked as delivered by the postal worker but are actual still in possession of the postal company. We have seen packages show up days later after they say delivered. We are sorry but we do not replace lost or stolen items. We can file a missing package report through the postal company and if it was shipped through priority mail there is $50 insurance on the package.
